NOTICE INVITING BIDS

PERRIS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking bidders for services offered under the E-Rate program. 
 

Prospective bidders for PRIORITY 1 services (Telecommunications) are advised to consult the Universal Services Administrative Company website (www.usac.org) for E-Rate information.  See the PESD FCC Form 470 posted there for complete details of the requirements and bid submittal process, including submittal deadline.  Bids will be accepted from certified E-Rate vendors only.  Late or incomplete bids will be disqualified.

Prospective bidders for PRIORITY 1 service (WAN Circuit), please e-mail bford@perris.k12.ca.us for a copy of the RFP.
 

Prospective bidders for PRIORITY 2 services (Internal Connections) are advised to contact Information Technology Solutions at 760-369-8418 or email PESDPLANSET@4its.org for complete details of the requirements and bid submittal process, including submittal deadline: a link to download plans and specifications will be provided by ITS.  Those qualified and interested in bidding this project are required to be a C-7 license holder in good standing as well as a certified E-Rate vendor.  Late or incomplete bids will be disqualified.
 

There will be a MANDATORY job walk and bidders conference for Priority 2 services (Internal Connections) on February 15, 2013, from 9:00am until conclusion.  The meeting will be at the ROB REINER CENTER located at 2221 “A” Street, Perris, CA 92570.
